Report a Problem / Refund Claim

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrived defective, damaged or an item is missing, you can raise a refund claim here. An unboxing video is mandatory: no refund is issued until we verify it.

One continuous clip showing the sealed parcel, opening it, and the defect / damage / missing item. Required — MP4, MOV or WEBM.
Up to 5 clear photos of the issue. JPG or PNG.
